​🆔 1. Customer Presence and Aadhaar

​The customer must bring their Aadhaar card to the CSP.

​The account opening process will be initiated using the Aadhaar number.

​🔐 2. Mandatory Biometric e-KYC

​Fingerprint e-KYC will be conducted via UIDAI.

​An e-KYC certificate will be generated in the background.

​📄 3. Automated Data Retrieval from UIDAI

​Data such as Name, Address, and Date of Birth (DOB) are non-editable.

​The CSP must manually fill in:

​Customer Profile details.

​CKYC details.

​Nominee details.

​Birth Certificate details (if the applicant is a minor).

​⚠️ Important Warnings:

​Illiterate Customers: Two (2) witnesses are mandatory.

​Minor Customers: Parent/Guardian details are required.

​Accuracy: Name and DOB must match the Aadhaar data 100%. Any mismatch will result in e-Sign failure.

​📜 4. Terms and Conditions (T&C)

​The CSP must explain all terms and conditions to the customer.

​☑️ 5. CSP Declaration (Consent)

​A mandatory checkbox must be ticked by the CSP.

​Declaration: "Terms and conditions have been explained to the customer."

​Proceed only after this step.

​🧾 6. Generation of AOF PDF

​The system will automatically generate the AOF PDF.

​The AOF will be sent to NeSL for the e-Sign process.

​🔗 7. Receiving e-Sign Links from NeSL

​Links will be generated based on the account type:

​Standard Account: 2 Links (Customer | CSP)

​Illiterate Customer: 4 Links (Customer | Witness-1 | Witness-2 | CSP)

​Minor + Form 60: Additional link for Parent/Guardian.

⚠️ All links will be displayed together, but only one link will be active at a time.

​🔄 8. Correct e-Sign Sequence

​The signatures must follow this specific order:

​Customer

​Parent/Witness (if applicable)

​CSP

❌ The process will not move forward until the customer completes their e-Sign.

​🖊️ 9. Biometric-based e-Sign

​Entering the correct Aadhaar number for the person signing is mandatory.

​Authentication will be done via UIDAI fingerprint scanning.

​❌ 10. Authentication Failure

​A maximum of 3 retries is allowed.

​The process will be terminated in case of incorrect Aadhaar entry or biometric mismatch.

​⏳ 11. Validity of e-Sign Links

​Each link is valid for 7 days.

​The next link in the sequence is activated only after the previous signature is completed.

​đŸĻ 12. Account and CIF Generation

​Once all e-Signs are completed:

​CIF and Account Numbers will be generated.

​The account will be sent to the Link Branch for approval.

​📂 13. Final Storage

​After approval, the e-Signed AOF and e-KYC certificate will be sent to EDMS for digital storage.

đŸ’Ē🌐 Reason: Your browser might be storing outdated session data that conflicts with the SBI CSP portal login. Clearing browsing data (not system cache) usually solves this instantly.


🚀 Quick Fix Solution:

🧹 Step 1 — Clear Browsing Data


👉 For Google Chrome:

1️⃣ Open Chrome and press Ctrl + Shift + Delete

2️⃣ Choose “All time” in Time range

3️⃣ Tick ✅ Cookies and other site data

4️⃣ Tick ✅ Cached images and files

5️⃣ Click Clear data


👉 For Microsoft Edge:

1️⃣ Open Edge and press Ctrl + Shift + Delete

2️⃣ In Time range, select All time

3️⃣ Check ✅ Cookies and other site data

4️⃣ Check ✅ Cached images and files

5️⃣ Click Clear now


⚠️ Note:

Do not clean OS-level or system cookies — only browser cookies and cache related to Edge or Chrome!

After clearing, close the browser completely and reopen it. Then re-login to your SBI Kiosk Portal

Step-by-Step Process for CSP Passbook Issuance

### đŸ“ĸ **Message 1: Prerequisites & Setup** đŸ“ĸ

Hey Team! 🌟 Ready to print passbooks at your CSP? Here is a quick guide to getting started.

Before you begin, remember: **Maker-Checker Process** is mandatory!

1️⃣ **Allotment First:** Passbooks must be allotted to your CSP Code by your Base Bank Branch.

2️⃣ **Bank Level:** This happens at the bank level using the Maker-Checker mechanism.

⚠️ *Without this allotment, passbook printing cannot be done at the CSP!*

**Step 1: Collect your Passbooks 📚**

 * Once the bank allots them, collect them at your CSP.

 * **Limit:** You can allocate/receive up to **25 passbooks** in one batch only.

### 📲 **Message 2: How to Acknowledge Allotment** 📲

Once you have your physical passbooks, you need to acknowledge them in your system:

1️⃣ Log in to the **Kiosk Banking System**.

2️⃣ Go to **Click Pasbook Services**.

3️⃣ Select **Acknowledge Passbook Allotment**.

4️⃣ All passbooks allotted by the branch will be displayed. Scroll down and click **Acknowledge**!

✅ *Done! The passbooks will now be marked as received in your kiosk system.*

### 🔗 **Message 3: Mapping the Barcode / Passbook** 🔗

Before printing, you must link the passbook to the customer's account:

1️⃣ Navigate to **Map Barcode / Passbook** screen.

2️⃣ Enter the customer’s **Account Number**.

3️⃣ Select the **Passbook Serial Number** (Make sure it matches the physical serial number!)

4️⃣ Click **Proceed** to see the details, then click **Proceed** again.

5️⃣ Enter your **Agent Transaction Password** 🔑 ➡️ Click **Proceed**.

6️⃣ Select **Yes** for Customer Consent 🤝.

7️⃣ Authenticate the customer via **Fingerprint or Iris** ☝️👁️.

8️⃣ Click **Proceed**.

🎉 **Success!** The barcode is mapped, and the customer will receive a confirmation SMS!

### 🖨️ **Message 4: Issuing & Printing the Passbook** 🖨️

Now for the final step—printing!

1️⃣ Go to **Issue Passbook to Customer** menu.

2️⃣ **Select:**

 * **Issue New Passbook** (If it's their first time) OR

 * **Continuation Passbook** (If their old one is full).

   3️⃣ Place the physical passbook into the passbook printer 🖨️. *(Ensure proper alignment before printing!)*

   4️⃣ Click **Scan The Passbook**.

   5️⃣ Enter your **Agent Transaction Password** 🔑 ➡️ Click **Proceed**.

   6️⃣ Give Customer Consent (**Yes**) ➡️ Authenticate via **Fingerprint/Iris**.

   7️⃣ Review the confirmation details carefully and click **Proceed**.

   8️⃣ On the CSP Declaration Consent screen, click **Proceed**.

 *Error 2118: Capture Re-voked* ka matlab: *Fingerprint capture karte time connection toot gaya ya RD Service ne revoke kar diya.*


*Ye error kyu aata hai:*

1. *RD Service expire ho gayi* - Mantra ka RD Service 1-2 saal baad expire hota hai

2. *AVDM/MOSIP service band hai* - Background service chalu nahi hai  

3. *USB port issue* - Loose connection ya power kam mil rahi

4. *Multiple apps conflict* - 2 bank software ek saath device maang rahe

5. *Windows update* ke baad driver gadbad


*Solution - Step by step karo:*


*Fix 1: RD Service Restart - 90% cases mein yahi kaam karta hai*

1. *Windows + R* dabao → `services.msc` likho → Enter

2. *MANTRA AVDM* ya *MFS100 RD Service* dhundo

3. *Right click → Restart* karo

4. Agar *Stopped* hai to *Start* kar do


*Fix 2: USB Port badlo*

1. *Device nikaalo* → *Dusre USB port* mein lagao

2. *Laptop ka ho to peeche wale USB* mein lagao - zyada power milti hai

3. *USB Hub use mat karo* - Direct lagao


*Fix 3: RD Service Test karo*

1. Chrome kholo → Address bar mein ye daalo: `https://127.0.0.1:11100`

2. *"Your connection is not private"* aaye to *Advanced → Proceed* karo

3. *RDService Status: READY* dikhna chahiye

4. Agar *NOTREADY* ya *DISCONNECTED* hai to device detect nahi ho raha


*Fix 4: Reinstall karo - Last option*

1. *Mantra ki site* se *L1 RD Service* latest download karo: https://download.mantratecapp.com/Forms/DownLoadFiles

2. *Purana uninstall* karo → *Laptop restart* → *Naya install* karo

3. Install karte time *Run as Administrator* karna


*Fix 5: Bank software band karke kholo*

1. *Task Manager* kholo → *Ctrl + Shift + Esc*

2. *AVDM, MOSIP, MFS100* naam se jitne process hain *End Task* kar do

3. *Bank/CSP software dobara kholo*
